HOW TO GET A GIRL’S ATTENTION WHEN THERE ARE OTHER BOYS AROUND

Smile at her. Whenever she looks at you, smile. It's a must, no one wants to be around a unhappy person, and smiling is a sign of happiness.

Start up conversations. The best way to start a conversation is by asking her a question, without sounding creepy. "How are you?", "What's up?", or "Want some gum?" are good ways to get her attention.

Invite her somewhere. If you know her already and feel comfortable around her you can invite her somewhere. Maybe you just suggest that you two go for coffee or something like that, if you know she likes skateboarding for example, you can invite her to go to the park and teach you. If she says yes, you are obviously doing something right.

Ask her out on a date. After you guys have hung out a few times, you might want to ask her out on a date. She might say yes or she might say no, be prepared. Take deep breaths and ask her to go to the movies for example, something along those lines. Be direct. "Feel like going to the movies Friday?" is perfect. It doesn't have to be a big deal.
